| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代中期以来，东北老工业基地发展出现的“东北现象”，对东北地区特大城市的非农业发展和人口城市化水平的提高产生了很大的负面影响。本文通过对90年代以来东北特大城市非农产业发展与地区人口城市化关系和不同非农产业发展类型城市的非农产业发展与地区人口城市化关系的分析，从非农产业发展的角度找出影响人口城市化发展的原因，提出促进东北特大城市非农产业发展与地区人口城市化关系的协调对策。
