Revised precession expressions

We argue that within the accuracy considered by Lieske, it is necessary to include the lunar secular Q₀ — term. We give the revised dynamical equations, the revised expressions for all the precessional quantities, and their revised numerical expressions based on the new system of astronomical constants for the epoch 2000.0.
