The unusual phenomenon of well-water level in Shapxi ground water dynamic well-net have been observed befor several moderate earthquakes in the Shanxi seismic zone, and a group of valuable data aboutshort-term unusual phenomena have been gathered. These phenomen give a great help to earthquake forcastby ground water,and indicate that it is possible to shadow short term trailing in regions which have the possibility of earthquake.
