快速城市化地区农村产业空间发展评价——以广州市为例

快速城市化地区农村产业发展相对活跃,传统的以第一产业为主研究评价农村产业的方法已经不能完全适用,构建一套适合农村三次产业综合发展的评价体系极其有必要。以广州为例,在建立农村产业用地分类体系的基础上,从产业集聚程度、景观格局和经济发展水平三方面构建农村产业发展综合评价指标体系,通过熵权法确定各指标权重并计算综合得分。研究结果表明:非农产业的发展水平已经成为衡量快速城市化地区农村产业综合发展水平的重要因素,农村产业已经趋于非农化、多元化;在非农产业的作用下,农村产业综合发展水平在空间上呈现出明显的由区域核心向边缘递减的圈层结构,区位作用凸显。

Comprehensive Evaluation of Rural Industry Development in Rapid Urbanization Areas: A Case Study of Guangzhou City

With Guangzhou City for a case study,this paper established industrial classification system based on land use and comprehensive evaluation system based on rural industrial concentration degree,landscape pattern and economic benefits,and then calculated the comprehensive score according to the weight of each index calculated through entropy weight method.It was found that non-agricultural industry has played a key role in rural industry,especially in rapid urbanization areas where rural industry has been tending to non-agricultural,diversified develop ment.With the highlight of non-agricultural industry and location,the comprehensive development level of rural in dustry in Guangzhou shows a sphere pattern of decreasing from core areas to fringe areas.
