“一带一路”战略的资本流动及其空间格局--基于不平衡地理发展理论视角

Capital Movement and Spatial Pattern of the Belt and Road Initiative: Based on Perspective of Uneven Geographical Development Theory

Based on the perspective of uneven geographical development theory, this paper analyzes the capital movement and spatial pattern of the Belt and Road Initiative.The study finds that the "Belt and Road Initiative" is territorial organization construced for international transfer and flow of capital, providing a platform for its deterritorialization and reterritorialization.On the one hand, from the perspective of domestic, the "Belt and Road Initiative" makes more capital flow to the borderland and interior areas, which making the Northeast, Northwest, Southwest and vast hinterland in China that is underdeveloped to be embedded in capital circulation network and then realize the goal of production and reproduction of capital.On the other hand, from the perspective of global, the "Belt and Road Initiative" is a solution of dealing with the crisis of capital accumulation.It promotes capital to flow in a broader range and fixes capital accumulation system by rescaling, deterritorialization and reterritorialization so as to realize the aim of globalization of capital accumulation.Finally, there exits a discussion about the topic of the "Belt and Road Initiative" and spatial pattern of territory development.
