| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了ＭＲＩ在脊髓成像中，脊椎体附件都是低信号，给病变定位带来不便，为了解决这一问题，根据脊髓圆锥在脊柱里的特定位置及使用自制脂肪囊固定在脊柱体表解剖部标志上，用于脊髓病变定位诊断。

| Abstract: | Because of the low signal output of the vertebrae and their assemblies in MRI, it is difficult to determine the corresponding relationship between spinal cord and vertebrae.To solve the problem, according to the relationship between medullary cone and vertebra, the author fixed a fat capsule on the relative anatomic body mark of the vertebra while scanning the spinal cord, so that the disease level of the spinal cord could be determined according to the position of the fat capsule mark. The results have showed it is helpful for location of spinal cord disease. |
