Application Research on Sensor Coordinate Calibration Based on Laser Tracker
Abstract:Spatial position calibration of sensor is one of the key technologies in the integration and installation of various measurement systems.Based on the characteristics and advantages of the laser tracker,we discussed the feasibility and applicability of the laser tracker in the calibration of multi-sensor coordinate transformation relationship in mobile measurement,and explored the methods of sensor calibration and data processing based on laser tracker.Aiming at the calibration requirements of shipborne multi-beam monomer,we carried out the comparative analysis and calibration comparison experiments based on Leica AT930 laser tracker and the odolite industrial measurement system,which could verify that the laser tracker using contact measurement could meet the calibration needs of some sensors,and improve the convenience and calibration efficiency.
