| 摘 要： | 以厦门旧城区西南部为例,对商业街土地利用和商服业现状作了详尽的调查和分析,在阐述旧城区商业街存在总体地位下降,以服装店为主的零售商业功能过于突出,购物环境容量不足等现实问题的基础上,提出以“步行街区”作为厦门旧城商业街更新发展的对策,并据此对步行街区建设涉及到的部分问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Taking the old city area of southwest Xiamen city as a case, this thesis makes a detailed investigation and analysis of land use for business street and the present situation of business service industry. After discussing the problems with Xiamen old city area: the lowering of its general position as city business street, over_emphasizing the function of clothes shops as its retail business and the inadequate shopping environment capacity, this thesis suggests "walking street block" be constructed to upgrade the business streets in Xiamen old city area. |
