非金属同径孔壁支护技术

摘    要:钻遇复杂地层经常会碰到孔壁失稳问题,而采用传统的套管法支护孔壁会缩小孔径及导致下放和起拔套管困难等问题。为此,研究了一种简单高效、又不缩小孔径的非金属同径孔壁支护技术,对于干孔用热熔法,有水孔用聚氨酯法。阐述了这两种方法的工艺原理和室内试验情况。研究表明,这两种孔壁支护技术操作简单、效果显著,同时不缩小钻孔直径,具有一定应用前景。

Abstract:Instability of wellbore is a common problem when drilling in complex strata, which brings great difficulties to drilling. Traditional way of casing can isolate instable wellbore reliably, however, there are some shortcomings:for example, reducing hole-diameter etc. In order to seek a simple, effective way which does not reduce the well diameter for supporting collapsed well section, hot-melt was used in dry hole and polyurethane in hole with water. The paper described the technological principle and lab tests of the two ways in detail. The study indicates that the two kinds of nonmetal sidewall strengthening technology are simple to operate with significant effect and do not reduce the diameter of hole, which have certain application prospect.
