天山独库公路北段泥石流形成的水文气象条件

分析了新疆独库公路泥石流的形成特点及其水文气象条件，得出周期性气候背景是泥石流形成的有利条件，气温连续升高或高强度暴雨则是泥石流发生的关键。

HYDROLOGIC AND CLIMATIC CONDITIONS OF DEBRIS FLOW FORMATION AT THE NORTHERN SECTION OF DUKU HIGHWAY, TIANSHAN MOUNTAINS

Analyzed results show that the reactivation of debris flows in this region is the in evitable reflection of periodic climatic changes. Glacial debts flow is the main hazard in the region. Under the condition of successive high temperature, glacial lobe terminal collapses and falls violently and glacial melting water increases tremendously. Thus, a debris flow outbursts. Based on the analyses of hydrologic and climatic conditions of debris flow formation, it is found out that the periodic climatic background is the favourable condition for the development of debris flow. and a successive high temperature of rainstorm is the trigger key of debris flow occurrence.
