云南一次强对流冰雹过程的环流及雷达回波特征分析

摘    要:

针对目前多普勒天气雷达PUP产品显示程序都是单纯显示图像和信息而忽略风暴分析信息应用的现状,通过对PUP产品数据格式的研究,使用DELPHI XE2编程语言研发了多普勒天气雷达PUP产品强对流天气监测预警系统。该系统全部自编代码完成PUP产品的读取解析,能够单独或批量读取、解析、显示多普勒天气雷达19类(36个文件)PUP产品,进行强风暴识别定位及存储图片和风暴特征分析信息,有利于PUP产品综合应用广度和深度的扩展。利用该系统及PUP产品既可以实时获取冰雹发生概率信息和发布冰雹预警,又有助于深入研究强风暴天气发生发展机理,目前该系统及其产品在云南省气象局相关业务单位应用,满足了强对流天气监测预警业务服务、人工防雹作业指挥和科研应用需求。系统使用WINDOWS API函数和MIF格式行政区边界较为准确地完成强天气的乡镇定位,程序复杂度小,代码量较少,系统体量较小,可供单一定位功能的WINDOWS程序设计参考。

Abstract:Until now, Doppler radar PUP product display programs simply display images and information and ignore storm analysis applications. Through the data format study of PUP products, a strong convective weather monitoring and early warning system for Doppler weather radar PUP products is developed by using DELPHI XE2 programming language. All source codes of the system are fully self-written to complete reading and analysis of PUP products, which can read, analyze, and display Doppler weather radar 19 (36 files) PUP products individually or in batches, to identify and locate severe storms, and store image and features information of the storm, conducive to expanding the breadth and depth of comprehensive application of PUP products. This system and PUP products can not only obtain hail occurrence probability information and issue hail warnings in real time, but also can further study the development mechanism of severe storm weather. At present, the system and its products have been applied in relevant business units of Yunnan Meteorological Bureau to meet the needs of strong convective weather monitoring and early warning services, artificial hail suppression operation command and scientific research. The WINDOWS API function and the MIF format administrative boundary are used in the system to more accurately accomplish township positioning of strong weather. The program complexity, the code amount and the system volume are all small, which can provide reference for WINDOWS program design with single positioning function.
