螺旋藻制取叶绿素铜钠盐

摘    要:用乙醇提取螺旋藻中的叶绿素,再用5%NaOH溶液皂化、石油醚萃取,在酸性环境中用10%CuSO4溶液实现铜镁置换,沉淀物经丙配溶解后,加2%NaOH的乙醇溶液成盐,过滤,水洗,真空干燥,制成叶绿素铜钠盐.制品的质量达到GB3262-82的要求.提取率为64.7%,制品得率占藻粉1.1%。着重对铜镁置换的条件、制品耐酸、耐热、耐光等性能进行了对比试验,结果表明整个工艺是切实可行的.

Abstract:Extracting Chlorophyll from Spirulina by using ethyl alcohol and the making of SodiumCopper Chlorophyllin is studied in this paper. The technological process is saponifying with 5%NaOH solution, extracting with petroleum ether acidification reacing with 10% CuSO4 solution.The dissolving of sedimentary deposits with acetone, in whith alcohol solution with NaOH(2% )is added, performing the processes of salt-forming, filtering, washing, vaccum drying in turn,then the product Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin will be obtained. The product quality is up to thestandard of P. R. O. C Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin GB3262-82. Its extraction rate is 64. 7% andits obtaining rate from Spirulina powder is 1. 1%. The comparitive experiments of the optimumcondition of extracting chlorophyll from Spirulina and replacing Mg2 with Cu2 , acid enduranceheat endurance and light endurance of the product have also been done. The result of the studyshows that the whole technology is practicable.
