中美应对经济危机的宏观经济政策比较

以美国的大型金融机构纷纷陷入重大危机为标志，美国次贷危机演变成全球金融危机，应对危机所带来的经济萧条，中美两国政府展开了救市计划。比较中美两国的经济政策，中国将救市的希望放在了生产商，企图通过投资的增加来带动经济的增长。而美国政府更倾向于通过挽救金融体系，救助金融机构以刺激消费，来促进经济增长。形成这种差别的原因在于经济结构、金融环境、利率风险程度的不同，经济增长的动力不同以及中美贸易关系的影响。

A Comparative Study of Chinese and American Economic Policy on Financial Crisis

To deal with the economic depression brought by the financial cri- sis started from 2007,the United States came out five rounds plans to rescue the market. 0n one hand, the American government injected more liquidity through various means,on the other hand, strengthen the financial supervision and change the reorganization of financial institutions. With the coming of the financial storm, the global economy is in recession. The economy of china was influnenced inevitably, so our government adjusted the economic policy as well. Especially we increased a large-scale investment of 4 trillion and started the revitalization plan on ten industries. mand and add the domestic consumption. The aim is to expand the domestic de- Studying the Chinese and American economic policy,we can find that Chinese put the hope on the producers,attempting to drive through increasing investment growth,while the U.S. government tend to save the financial system and help the financial institutions to stimulate consumption,and to promote economic growth by this way. Facing with the finan- cial crisis,China and America showed very different economic policies. Analyzing the causes,there are some basic following respects：the economic structure, the financial environment,the risk degree of interest rate and the factor to promote economic growth of the two countries,the trade relationships between China and the United States.
