| Abstract: | The current status of flood forecasting system in China is analyzed in this paper.It describes the necessary,objectives and design principle of NFFS's construction,and introduces the design and construction of the seven main parts of NFFS,including running environment,forecasting models and ways,forecasting schemes,model calibration and verification,real-time operating forecasting,utilized modules and system management in detail. |
