Abstract: | Near-spherical chondrules disaggregated from the meteorite Bjurböle are not found to give a good fit to Rosin's size distribution law but do obey with considerable precision a Weibull distribution law in which Y, the mass percentage of the chondrules which passes through a sieve of mesh size d mm, is given by: Y = 100{1?exp?0.471 (d ?0.32)1.84]} |
