| 摘 要： | 在对移动政务和移动GIS分析的基础上,论证了移动GIS应用于移动政务的必要性,提出了移动GIS应用于移动政务的通用架构,并进行了相关实验,证明基于移动GIS的移动政务可有力提升政府相关部门的服务质量和信息化水平。

| Abstract: | Base on the analysis of Mobile GIS and Mobile Government,this paper demonstrate the necessity of the application of Mobile GIS for Mobile Government.A common framework for Mobile GIS in Mobile Government was proposed,and then two cases prove that using mobile GIS can improve the quality of Mobile Government information service level. |
