Abstract:At present, the market of survey and design changes continuously. A severe challenge arises to the traditional management method. The management must be adjust to adapt tothe requirement of situation, and the manager should take measures in fields of technology management, service management and cooperation management. Only in this way, can the enterprise's tension and energy in market be ensured and the base be made for the advancement of the industry and the development of enterprise.
