磷酸亚铁锂碳复合物中碳、铁、磷含量的测定

摘    要:采用重量法测定了自制磷酸亚铁锂碳复合物中的碳含量,且将碳过滤分离后,制得了样品溶液,用来测定其中的元素含量。采用EDTA络合滴定法和邻菲啰啉分光光度法测得铁离子质量分数分别为33.88%、33.77%,测定的RSD分别为0.1%、0.6%。两种方法的测定结果很接近,但是通过F检验法得到EDTA络合滴定法的精密度显著高于邻菲啰啉分光光度法的精密度。采用磷钼酸喹啉重量法和磷钒钼黄光度法测得磷的质量分数分别为19.22%、19.36%,测定的RSD为1.81%、1.89%。两种方法的测定结果很接近,通过F检验法发现两种方法的精密度不存在显著性差异,通过t检验法发现两种方法在置信度为90%时,不存在显著性差异。

Abstract:The authors determinated carbon content of LiFeP04/C composite by gravimetric method, and got sample solution for determination element content of LiFePO4/C composite after removing carbon. The iron content is 33.88% and 33.77% respectively by EDTA titrimetric and spectrophotometry method,of which RSD is 0. 1% and 0. 6% respectively. The distinction of the two result is small, but the experi- ment precision of EDTA titrimetric method is remarkable higher than spectrophotometry method by F-test method. Additionally, the phosphorus content is 19.22% and 19.36% respectively by gravimetrie method and spectrophotometry method,of which RSD is 1.81% and 1.89% respectively. The distinction of the two result is small, the experiment precision of gravimetric method and spectrophotometry method is not distinct by F-test, and is not distinct by t-test( α =0. 10) as well.
