旧桥加固施工工艺

由于交通量增大,荷载等级的提高以及使用年限等因素,各地病态桥梁不断增加,旧桥加固工作将必不可少,本文就贴钢板条补强和贴碳纤维布补强两种常用的加固方法作了简单介绍:旧桥状况调查是加固工作的基础,必须认真做好;裂缝封补是加固工作的一部分,它将会影响加固效果;贴钢板加固工艺简单,但提高承载能力的幅度有限;贴碳纤维布加固工艺能大大提高构件承载能力,但造价较高,两种方法要根据实际情况选用,将会达到经济实用的目的。

CONSTRUCTION METHODS FOR OLD BRIDGE REINFORCEMENT

Owing to increase in traffic volume and improvement of the class of bearing capacity as well as service time and other factors, diseased bridges emerge endlessly.It is necessary to reinforce an old bridge.In this article,steel plate reinforcement and carbon-fiber reinforcement were introduced.It has been shown that reinforcement should be based on recognition of the situation of an old bridge.As a part of reinforcement work,crack mending has also effect on reinforcement.Actually,reinforcement with steel plate is much simple,but its contribution to improvement of bearing capacity is limited.Carbon fiber can improve the bearing capacity of the structure remarkably,but it is costly.So any choice should be based on practical conditions as to achieve economy.
