| 摘 要： | 在野外观测基础上，运用板块构造理论，对湘东地区的主要断裂及主要褶皱进行了细致的研究，确认了相东推覆构造的存在，并以三个实例为证，阐述了该区的找煤方向即在湖南广泛分布的老地层区不应成为找煤的“禁区”，而透过一个个孤立的构造窗，有可能找到新的煤炭资源。
