| 摘 要： | Two organic compounds of 17β(H), 21β(H)-homohopanic and 17β(H), 21β(H)—bishomohopanic acids were detected in the surficial sediment in the East China Sea by TLC and GC-MS-DS. The sample was mixed with chloroform methanol mixture and Soxhlet-extracted to get organic material. This organic material was saponified with KOH solution and extracted with CH_2CL_2 respectively to remove nonfatty acids. The residual alkaloid solution was
