| Abstract: | This paper comprehensively analyzes two investigations on the consciousness of earthquake preparedness in Huaiyin city, depicts the part played by the Seismological Office of Huaiyin city and the results thereby in enhancing the consciousness of social earthquake preparedness and in raising the efficacy of earthquake preparedness and disaster resistance. The paper points out the problems existing in carrying out the popularization of earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction at present. |
