Abstract: | Conclusions (1) Like a long-period seismograph, the well aquifer responds to the seismic waves to a certain extent. The response to the
surface wave is special big.
(2) The response of system of well aquifer to seismic wave mainly depends on the natural period of the well aquifer system
and damping coefficient of vibration. The closer the natural period to the vibration period of Rayleigh wave (20 s), the less
the damping coefficient, the bigger is its response to seismic wave.
(3) The better the permeation of the well aquifer system, the bigger the transmissiblity, and the less the damping coefficient
to water vibration, the bigger are its response to seismic wave.
(4) Both the permeation coefficient and frequency parameters; natural period and damping coefficient, have been calculated
on the basis of vibration theory by means of the oscillation curves. Not only this has given a new method, but also the difference
of response of the well level to seismic waves has been explained by it in the theory. |
