小城镇规划的创新与设计--以南京市六合区新集镇为例

小城镇规划是两区规划中的重点,但现阶段我国许多地区的小城镇规划存在着重视不够、缺乏特色、资金不足、理念落后、建成规模与预测人口规模矛盾突出等问题,严重影响了小城镇规划的实施效果和可持续发展的实现。文章以南京市六合区新集镇为例,从小城镇规划中存在的问题着眼,提出了小城镇规划中创新的内涵、意义、原则、目标及实施的手段与措施,旨在推进我国的小城镇规划建设,提高城镇的综合竞争力,实现其可持续发展。

The Innovation and Design of the Town Plan--With An Example of Xinji Town in Luhe District of Nanjing

Town plan is of great importance in the countryside-town plan, but nowadays there exist many problems in the town plan of our country,such as putting less emphasis, lack of character or funds, with a lagged idea and conflict between the construction scale and that of the population,which influenced the effect of the town plan. This paper bases on the problems, puts forward the innovation principles,aims and the measures to practise,in order to advance the step of town plan in our country, strengthen the integrative competition,and realize the sustainable development.
