动脉内壁剪切应力动态分布数值模拟研究

摘    要:针对人体动脉系统,利用心动周期内血管血液流量波建立了血管壁面切应力动态分布的求解体系,在一定的假设条件下,推导了不同Womersley数下该体系的分析解;最后采用该求解体系和分析解,利用血流动力学数据计算了猪颈动脉的管壁切应力动态分布,结果是本文的数值模拟求解计算量少,而且考虑了血管壁的弹性特性,得到更趋于合理的管壁切应力分布。

Abstract:Based on the blood flow wave,a solving system is conducted in this paper to seek the shear stress dynamic distribution near the wall of artery.With some reasonable hypothesis,different analytical solutions with different ranges of Womersley number are discussed.After a pig's carotid is measured by using the hemodynamic data,the shear stress distribution is simulated.Compared results indicate that computational results in this paper are well consistent with the data based on the reference.
