摘    要:公共基础设施建设是保证国民经济正常运行的基础。随着国家经济的高速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,公共基础设施建设的发展情况越来越被人们所重视。本文通过对2014年全国各省、直辖市的学校数、剧场数、影剧院数、每百人公共图书馆藏书数、医院数、建成区绿地面积、公共汽电车客运总数、邮电业务总量等11项相关指标进行K-means聚类分析,并对各指标的差异性进行方差分析,结果显示:西藏、青海等发展较缓慢的地区相应的基础设施建设还不太完善,而北京、上海等发展较快的城市相应的基础设施建设比较完善。表明应用K-means聚类分析对公共基础设施建设的各项指标进行量化评价具有较高的可靠性,可以客观地反映出各地区公共基础设施的发展状况,有助于政府相关部门在完善公共基础设施建设方面制订出更为合理有效的方案。

Abstract:Public infrastructure construction is the foundation to ensure the normal operation of the national economy, with the rapid development of the national economy, improve the people''s living standards, the development of public infrastructure more and more attention.In this paper, K-means clustering analysis by 2014 the provinces, municipalities directly under the central government, the number of schools, theaters and theater number, every public library collection number, number of hospitals, built-up area green area, public steam tram passenger number, business volume of post 11 index, and the difference of each index of analysis of variance.The results show that in Tibet, Qinghai and other areas of the slow development of appropriate infrastructure is not perfect, and the infrastructure of Beijing, Shanghai and other developed city corresponding is perfect.The application of K-means clustering analysis show that the reliability indexes of public infrastructure for quantitative evaluation of high, can objectively reflect the development status of all areas of public infrastructure, contribute to the relevant government departments in improving the public infrastructure construction to develop a reasonable and effective scheme.
