| 摘 要： | 随着土地利用向立体化、复杂化发展,不动产登记管理迫切需要向立体化模式转变。将三维景观构建技术用于不动产登记管理,能够立体直观地表现地、楼、房之间的空间关系。本文研究了将二维GIS数据用于查询分析、关联三维模型用于显示的二维向三维扩展的方式,具有一定的实践意义。

| Abstract: | As the land use becoming three-dimensional and complex, the real estate registration management needs to be changed accordingly.With 3D urban landscape construction technique applied, the spatial relationship between the land, building and unit could be represented clearly and directly.According to research, the method of transformation from 2D to 3D pattern of real estate registration management realized by using the 2D geographic information database for inquiry and analysis, and 3Dmodel related to display, has some practical value. |
