摘    要:针对自然保护区监管需求,综合利用3S技术,通过遥感监测数据、地理国情监测成果和天地图地理信息公共服务平台的应用,设计了系统的总体架构和功能,研究了基于WEB端和移动端交互的监管核查和在线数据导入与核查关键技术,实现了自然保护区的监测管理、开发保护和在线核查。

Abstract:According to the requirement of nature reserve supervision,comprehensive utilization of 3S technologies,through application of remote sensing monitoring data,geographic conditions monitoring results and Tianditu geographic information public service platform,this paper designed the main framework and functions for nature reserve supervision system,and researched the key technology of supervision and verification based on communication of web and mobile terminal and online data introduction and verification.All the research results implemented the monitoring and management,exploitation and protection and online verification for nature reserve.
