| 摘 要： | 在分析三维激光扫描技术和现有房产测量方式的基础上,结合宁波市梅山岛某曲面异型建筑房产测量的实际情况,提出三维激光扫描技术在房产测量中的解决方案。通过该工程项目的具体应用,展现了三维激光扫描技术在异型房产测量中的良好应用前景。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis 3D terrestrial laser scanner and the existing measurement of estate surveying , combined with the actual project of estate surveying of a curved shaped building in Meishan Island (Ningbo), proposed a solution oh 3D laser scanning technology used in estate surveying.Through specific application of the project, showing good prospects of applications of 3D terrestrial laser scanner used in curved shaped estate surveying. |
