| Abstract: | Microbial biomass in seawater of Shimoda Bay was assessed using some biomass parameters, such as ATP, DNA, RNA, protein, chlorophylla, and bacterial number and every estimate is in the same order. The estimates based on the amounts of ATP, DNA and RNA showed good correlation. |
