| Abstract: | The problem of over-drawn of groundwater is one of the major problems of water resources and ecological protection in our country at present. By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of development and utilization of groundwater, the writer proposed the counter measures and suggestion to strengthen the protection of groundwater resources and control of overdrawn area. |
