| 摘 要： | 在分析农村人才资源现状的基础上,剖析了影响农村人才资源开发的潜在隐患、根本障碍和制度困境,并提出通过转变观念,建立人才选拔监督机构,转化农村人力资源和创建人才发展平台等开发农村人才资源的相应对策。

| Abstract: | The article analyses the current status of rural talent resources.On this basis,it examines founds factors such as potential pitfalls,fundamental obstacles and system difficulties.Furthermore,the thesis puts forward corresponding countermeasure by means of changing the outlook,establishing supervision system of selecting talended people and make the most use of the rural talent resources providing the reference for the correlation government departments. |
