| Abstract: | Investigation and evaluation of land resources is one of the important contents of great investigation of land resources.In which,carrying forward the practice of plain living and hard struggle and displaying their vigorous spirit in blazing new trails,the land administrative offices at all levels of Henan Province enrich the science and technology content of achievement by the use of the new technologies such as computer and GIS. At the same time,correctly understanding The Stipulation of Technology and adhering to the principle of total controlling,they uphold to seek truth facts and ensure reliability and trustworthiness of the achievements. |
