| Abstract: | In 2013, land operation was performing stable. To maintain economy achieved steady growth, land supply growth continued to raise year by year. Land supply in the central and western regions increased fast, the disparities between regionals have been lessening. Both the area of Land Granting and the Transaction Price Value of Land Granting increased significantly, and the Land Price continued to rise slightly quarter by quarter. The real estate market rebounded totally, the area of land space purchased realized positive growth. |
