摘    要:利用激光诱导击穿光谱(Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy:LIBS)分析技术实现对贺兰石样品的实时、快速分析。实验基于LIBS技术采集贺兰石光谱数据,利用三次样条插值、数据平滑、标准正态校正等数据预处理方法,结合线性判别分析进行特征提取,利用贝叶斯分类器实现了贺兰石样品的快速、准确分析。实验结果表明该方法对贺兰石平均识别率为:99.5%,标准差1.31%,说明该方法识别贺兰石效果较好。

Abstract:Helan stone is an important raw material for handicrafts.There are two main methods to iden-tify Helan stone.One method is naked eye observation on the color,shape,this method is subjective and with low reproducibility.Another method is the fingerprint identification by choosing important peak point or period of the region of interest to obtain qualitative results of samples,this method requires ac-curately determine the fingerprint region and difficult to practice due to changeable fingerprint region of each sample.Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS)is a real time and fast way to analyze He-lan stone.After sample pretreatment,LIBS technology was used to collect spectral data of Helan stone, cubic spline interpolation and data smoothing was applied to process the standard normal correction data, and linear discriminant analysis was adopted to extract the spectrum feature and Bayes classifier was fi-nally selected to discriminate the Helan stone samples from the similar stone with the average accuracy of 99.5% under 1.31% standard deviation.
