低成本耐盐性超强吸水复合材料的研制

摘    要:在用聚丙烯酸制备超强吸水材料的过程中加入一定量的煅烧煤系高岭土和丙烯酰胺能有效降低材料成本和提高其耐盐性。通过正交实验,找出了制备成本低和耐盐性好的超强吸水复合材料的奈件,当煅烧煤系高岭土量为丙烯酸单体质量50%,丙烯酰胺加入量为70%,中和度为90%,引发剂和交联剂量分别为0.3%和0.025%时,制得产品吸生理盐水(0.9%NaCl溶液)和吸自来水率分别达到60g/g和325g/g,吸水后凝胶强度明显提高。

Abstract:Cost can be reduced and the absorbability in saline can he improved when the amount of calcined coal kaolin and acrylamide was added during preparation ot superabsorhent composite with polyaerylic acict. Thruugh orthogonal test,the best condition for preparing composite with high saline absorbeltcy and low cost was ohtained when the content ot calcined coal kaolin,aery lamide. monomer neutralization degree,initiation and cross linker were 50%, 70%, 90%, 0. 3% and 0.025% respectively. The product induced showed that the physiological saline absorbency of Compossite was 60% g/g,the lap water absorbency was 325 g/g and the gel strength was improved apparently.
