合浦珠母贝精子激活机制的初步研究

分别用氨海水、不同盐度的氨海水、Na~ ，K~ ，Ca~2 ，Mg~(2 )的氯化物及Na~ ，K~ 的硝酸盐和NH_4Cl,NH_4Cl,NH_4NO_3,（NH_4）_2SO_4和（NH_4）_2CO_4为激活剂，对人工解剖获得的合浦珠母贝Pinctadamartensii精子进行激活。实验结果表明，合浦珠母贝精子的细胞膜离子通道为闸门控制类型。其激活途径主要是通过NH~ _4或HCG类激素开启该闸门，发生Na~ 和Cl~-的交换，使精于细胞获得或释放能量而激活。pH太低则会影响它们的激活作用。

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON ACTIVATION MECHANISM OF SPERMATOZOA OF JAPANESE PEARL OYSTER, PINCTADA MARTENSII

The milt of Japanese pearl oyster was sampled and subsequently stimulatedby several activators. The results show that the ion pathway of the sperm cellmembrane is a kind of gated channel. This active channel can be opened by NH~ _4 andhormone of HCG, and then Na~ and Cl~- come into and excite the germ cell.Opening of the passage of Na~ and Cl~- are influenced by value of pH. The cell cannot be excited in the condition of lower value of pH.
