摘    要:以800MPa高温高压三轴室为例,介绍了简体热应力计算方法和结果。分析讨论了热应力对筒体安全性的影响,指出高温差低载荷是最危险的情况,并提出预防与解决的方法。

Abstract:In this paper, calculation methods and results on thermal stress in the 800MPa.Triaxial Testing Apparatus by shrink-compounding of the Institute of Geophysics Academia Sinica are discussed.The effects of the thermal stress on safety factors of the vessel are also briefly discussed, indicading that the most dangerious work state is higher differential temperature and lower confining pressure.Precautions and solutional methods are also proposed here.
