过滤池和吸附床水头损失的实验研究

摘    要:实验研究了过滤池和吸附床水头损失实验测量的原理、方法及其装置,并比较了根据Carm anKozeny 方程式计算的理论值与实测值的差异,结果表明理论值普遍小于实测值,但误差范围在25% 之内;随着填料颗粒的非均匀系数的增大,理论值与实测值的差异有增大的趋势。实验证明,该方法可为实际工程设计提供较为准确的水头损失数据。

Abstract:In this paper, the experimental principle and method and the experimental device for measuring the head loss of the Filter and the Adsorption Bed is studied, and the differences between the theoretical data obtained through calculation on the basis of the Carman Kozeny Equation and the measured data of the head loss have been carefully compared. The results show that the theoretical calculation data are generally lower than the measured data, but the error between them is within the range of 25 per cent; with the increase in the non even coefficient of the filler particles, the differences between them tend to increase. The experiment shows that this method of measuring the head loss of the Filter and the Adsorption Bed can offer more accurate data of the head loss for practical engineering design.
