地震速报与互联网络

考虑到我国遥测地震台网承担的主要任务,提出了利用互联网络进一步发挥遥测地震台网地震速报作用的构想。其基本点是：在合理规划和统一的信息递约定基础上,利用互联网络技术和设施辅以必要的专用软件,实现遥测台网数据信息的快速通报、汇集、组织与发布,从而更好地为防震减灾特别是大地震应急服务。文中提出宜区分“下式速报”和“非正式地震信息通告”。

Fast announcement of earthquakes with Internet

Considering the main task of the telemetered seismic networks in China, a concept is proposed for further enhancement of the roles played by these networks in fast announcement of earthquakes with the aid of the Internet. The basic point of the concept is that, on the basis of reasonable arrangement and unified agreement for information transmission, by using Internet technology and facilities, to realize automatic fast announcement of earthquake data from telemeterd seismic networks, automatic collection, organization and delivery of these data by an earthquake information serivce center, so as to give a better service for earthquake hazard prevention and reduction. The paper also proposes that it is suitable to distinguish between "formal" and "informal" fast announcement of earthquake information.
