关系逻辑与地震预报(一)

关系逻辑是一门古老而又年轻的逻辑学科。它的早期萌芽,曾带来数理逻辑的繁荣和发展。而今,它又在系统化综合化的春雷声中复萌,并获得前所未有的生命力。 本文在思辨和实践的基础上,提出了关系逻辑的基本构想,介绍了笔者由此对地震预报的有关研究和进展。这些研究,到目前为止,仅涉及中长期和中短期预报。本文先介绍中长期预报。

RELATIONAL LOGIC AND EARTHQUAKE PREDICTION Part I

Relational logic is an old as well as young subject in the logic studies. Its birth in earlier times had given a vigorous push on the developments and prosperity of the mathematical-physical studies. It is rejuvenated amid the spring thunders of the systematization and generalization, and is gaining a new life which had. never been witnessed before.Based on the cerebrations and practices of the previous years, this paper proposes the outline of the relational logic. The paper also introduces the author's studies on earthquake prediction problems and relevant progresses, which are associated only with the medium-long and medium-short range predictions up to the present. This paper will be mostly focused on the medium-long range predictions.
