| 摘 要： | 系统采用开源GIS的Cesium平台和MySQL数据库,通过组织和人员的终端操作,在最短时间内便捷、完整、真实的收集到282家企业和3300名员工的健康基础信息,构建起“一企一档”、“一人一档”动态信息库。从而减少了人员扎堆聚集、削弱了交叉感染风险,完全释放复工复产期人力管理成本。Web GIS平台独立性、平衡高效计算负载、操作简单等优点第一次被应用到新冠肺炎疫情防控上,创新了基层治理方式,构筑起基层社会治理的全流程科技闭环。

| Abstract: | The system adopts Cesium platform of open source GIS and MySQL database。The basic health information of 282 enterprises and 3300 employees is collected conveniently,completely and truly in the shortest time through the terminal operation of the organization and personnel,so as to build the dynamic information base of“one enterprise one file”and“one person one file”.Thus,it can reduce the clustering of personnel,reduce the risk of cross-infection,and fully release the labor management cost during the return to work and production.The Web GIS platform independence,balanced and efficient computing load,simple operation and other advantages were first applied to covid-19 epidemic prevention and control,which innovated the community level governance method and built the whole process of scientific and technological closed-loop of community level social governance. |
