Propagation of love waves in a non-homogeneous stratum of finite depth sandwitched between two semi-infinite isotropic media

Summary The aim of this paper is to study a problem in which the intermediate layer is non-homogeneous, the rigidity varying exponentially with depth i.e. ₂=₂ v ₀ ² e ^2pz , the density being constant, velocity varies also exponentially with depth according to the law =v ₀ e ^pz . The variability ofKH with the change of phase velocity is shown graphically.
