Using the Concept of Science-based Development to Strengthen Environment Protection of Xianghai National Nature Reserve

The concept of science-based development should be set up concretely and used as the guidance for strengthening ecological conservation in Xianghai National Nature Reserve.By sticking to the principle of Protection first and utilization second and taking such measures as strengthening ecological education,restructuring industry,enhancing ecological protection,establishing the environmental quality responsibility system and the decision-making mechanism,and further improving the system of protection,management and monitoring to promote the implementation of sustainable development strategy and accelerate the development of Xianghai National Nature Reserve.
