| Abstract: | The morphological peculiarities of the behavior of the electron density over Irkutsk (52.3° N, 104.3° E) have been investigated by the current-median method. The observations are compared with the IRI model data at the decay phase of solar activity (2003–2006). Systematic discrepancies between the prediction and observations are discussed. |
