石墨包覆纳米铁镍材料的制备及表征

摘    要:碳包纳米磁性金属因其巨大的潜在应用前景成为了近年的研究热点,但现有各种方法都只能合成毫克量级样品。作者用金属钾还原镍铁氯化物石墨层间化合物合成了石墨碳网包覆纳米铁镍合金,一次至少可以得到几克样品。所合成样品成分分布比较均匀,w(Fe)=3.44%~9.67%,w(Ni)=0~2.95%。(Fe,Ni)纳米晶大小均匀,粒度因原料NiCl2-FeCl3GIGs阶数不同而异,2阶为5.7nm,3阶为17.1nm。样品具有表观超顺磁性。

Abstract:Carbon-coated nanocrystal magnetic metals have become a hot subject of study because of its great potential usable value in recent years. But they can only be synthesized on a milligram scale by the available. The graphite-coated nanometer iron-nickel alloy has been prepared by using kalium to reduce the NiCl_(2)-FeCl_(3) graphite interlayer compounds (GICs) in this paper, and several grams of sample can be prepared once. The synthesized samples are relatively homogeneous in composition distribution, which contain 3.44 wt%-9.67 wt% Fe and 0 wt%-2.95wt% Ni. The nanocrystals (Fe, Ni) coated by graphite are homogeneous in size. Differences are due to the stage number of NiCl_(2)-FeCl_(3)GICs used as primary material. If the stage number is 2, the average size is 5.7 nm;if the stage number is 3, then the average size is 17.1 nm. The synthesized sample exhibits apparent superparamagnetism.
