| 摘 要： | 利用长波辐射（ＯＬＲ）场分析黑龙江省旱涝年同期和前期特征，并分析黑龙江省生长季降水量与ＯＬＲ的相关场，得出ＯＬＲ场的变化与黑龙江省降水有密切的关系，它对旱涝趋势预报有一定的指示意义。

| Abstract: | In this article we use OLR field to analyze the feature of drought-flood years,and then to analyze the relative field between the OLR field and the precipitation of growing period,and we drew the conclusion that the changing of OLR field had closed relation with the precipitation in Heilongjiang Province. |
