基于政府主导的城市旅游竞争力评价模型

以城市旅游目的地为研究视角,以政府主导对城市旅游发展的巨大影响为研究重点,借鉴既有关于城市旅游竞争力的评价指标与方法,探讨基于政府主导的城市旅游竞争力评价方法。利用增长率相乘法构建竞争力评价数学模型,并对模型的科学性进行论证;同时给出评议专家修正系数、不同增长率情况下的计算方式等模型完善方法,使该模型适用于对多个城市进行基于政府主导的旅游竞争力比较分析。

A Evaluation Model on Competitiveness for Urban Tourism Based on Government-Leading

This paper takes the city as a tourist destination and puts emphasis on the tremendous impact of government-leading to urban tourism.By means of summarizing the evaluation indexes and methods about the competitiveness of urban tourism from some experts and a lot of questionnaire surveys on the government department of some cities,the paper discusses the evaluation indexes and methods about the competitiveness of urban tourism based on the government-leading.And then the multiplication of growth rate is used in the evaluation model and the evaluation formula is put forward.At a certain extent,the model is improved in modified coefficient and computing means for different growth rate,which can evaluate the competitiveness of the different urban tourism based on the government-leading.
