江苏省与其毗邻省市空间竞合模式研究

江苏省既具有与上海、安徽的垂直依附关系,又具有与浙江、山东的水平竞争关系。这种竞合关系具体表现为:江苏—上海为强强依附型,江苏—浙江为强强竞争型,江苏—山东为次强强竞争型,江苏—安徽为强弱依附型。通过打破行政分割、变无序竞争为有序竞合、变让利竞争为服务竞争等措施,有利于江苏省与其毗邻省市空间竞合关系的优化,实现互惠共赢、提升区域综合竞争力的目标。

Study on the Region Cooperation-Competition Model between Jiangsu Province and Its Periphery Neighborhoods

Based on analyzing the location of Jiangsu Province and its neighbors,this paper has comparatively studied the level of economic development of the five provinces using regional development indexes such as local GDP and local revenues,and found there are particular economic relations between Jiangsu Province and its neighbors.Jiangsu and Shanghai adhere to each other strongly;Jiangsu and Zhejiang compete with each other strongly;Jiangsu and Shandong compete with each other slightly;Jiangsu and Anhui adhere to each other slightly.The paper put forward the cooperation-competition model between Jiangsu and its neighbors and the countermeasures to optimize the cooperation-competition between Jiangsu and its neighbors.By breaking these administrative relations and optimizing the patterns of competition and cooperation,these provinces can all benefit,so it will promote the competitive power of these areas.
