蓄电池自动维护控制器的研制

摘    要:主要介绍了对蓄电池进行定期维护及容量测定的一种控制器的研设过程。实践表明,该控制器配合充电器,可以实现对蓄电池进行放电、修复、估算容量、自动充电等功能,并可以为判断蓄电池是否达到报废程度提供重要依据。同时,减轻了维护人员的工作量,提高了工作效率。

Abstract:In this paper, the research and design process to a controller which safeguards the standby battery regularly and measures its capa that this controller could achieve many citance is primarily introduced. The experiment shows functions automatically, such as elasticizing, discharging, restoring and estimating the capacitance for the standby battery. The controller can also give an important gist to judge whether the battery has been as useless. Whit the controller, the workload of the maintenance staff is reduced and the work efficiency is improved.
